Whoever wins or loses our national elections, the United States will still be in need of reconciliation. Healing will be needed for our nation as a whole, and our states, cities, and towns, and in our families. This worship service will lift up hopeful stories of communities that achieved healing, and will be inspired by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of South Africa, and Seamus Heaney’s poem, “The Cure at Troy.” [Inez Bird, Worship Associate]
