Today we will begin first steps toward forming a search committee! We are most fortunate to have the insights and assistance of our Transitions Coach, the Rev. Joan Van Becelaere. Please join us for this exciting and informative day! Joan will preach the early service, and then answer all your questions about best practices for finding the right person to start as UUFWC’s new settled minister in August of 2021. Rev. Jennie will also assist that day.

“Rev. Joan Van Becelaere is the Executive Director of UU Justice Ohio. She served as a Congregational Life Consultant for the Central East Region from 2007-2018.  Previously, Rev. Van Becelaere was Vice President for Student Services at Iliff Theological School in Denver, CO where she also taught Unitarian Universalist polity classes. She is also the past Regional Program Manager for the Commissioned Lay Ministry program.  Rev. Van Becelaere is a storyteller and specializes in presenting Dr. Seuss stories.”
