Often, when I try to sit in meditation, I find myself thinking about my breath, not experiencing it. And so it often is with my life. This morning, we explore the various qualities of paying attention.

Deb Celinski has been a member of SouthWest UU Church in North Royalton, Ohio since 1999. She currently is a Worship Associate and is studying to become a Commissioned Lay Minister. After 20 years as a copy editor, Deb now works as an investigator for a company that performs background investigations. She is a graduate of The College of Wooster. She lives with her parents in North Royalton.
