Many of our congregation have been leaders sometime in their life, whether it be in a job, at church or as a volunteer leader. But, many that have not had the above mentioned experience with leadership, might find it a scary prospect. But we are here to tell you that you don’t have to be afraid. You have probably already been a leader in your life and not even recognized it. The Leadership Development Team is here to help you realize your potential, to believe in yourself, and your abilities. It doesn’t matter if your talents are small, never let self-doubt hold you captive, share your vision and inspire others to create their own.
