LGBTQ Activities?

Meet Feb. 6 to consider!

We celebrated the advent of same-sex marriage across the country in 2015!  Members of this Fellowship advocated strongly for same-sex marriage and equal rights with community rallies, educational activities, and worship services at UU.  But lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender and other individuals are still fired, denied housing, and more. The Administration has banned transgender people from serving in the military.  There are assaults on LGBTQI people in many arenas.

Is it time to be active again, in our Fellowship and community?  Everyone interested in the topic is invited and encouraged to discuss this at the UU Fellowship on Thursday, Feb. 6 at 7:00 pm. We need your enthusiasm, your ideas, and your leadership to continue to serve our members and community!  Questions?  Talk to Helen Ostermiller, Mady Noble or Justine Sherwood.
