On MAY 26th, the Open Plate collection will be given to the Orrville non-church affiliated program Friendship Meals, Inc. Every Thursday a nourishing meal, “a compassionate response to community hunger”, is served to anyone wishing to “feed the spirit” and “feel good” about living in this area. Friendship Meals depends upon support from the Orrville United Way, as well as from businesses, churches and individuals. We have donated to this group for many years.
