We’ll be exploring cultures and foods from across the globe during RE time, which  runs most Sundays from June 3 – August 12:

• K-6th Graders go to EEE for entire hour
• Babies through Pre-K go to Nursery for entire hour

From the curriculum:
“Children love to eat, and they love to cook. What better way to introduce youngsters to different cultures than through food? This curriculum uses stories and cooking to get a taste of different cultures…This fits in with our UU principles that encourage us to learn, grow, value and respect each other as we build a more peaceful world.”
Kindergarten through 6th grade will begin and end in the EEE room. Babies through Pre-K will be in the nursery for free play and Middle/HS Youth may attend the service or are very welcome to help with the elementary children in EEE. All
children will spend the full hour in the RE wing and will not begin in the sanctuary over the summer.
When our bellies are full, and we have cleaned up, we’ll often head outside for a game, so please dress your child accordingly!
