Children's Garden 2015

Over the summer, the UUFWC offers one worship service at 10:00 am. From Memorial Day through mid-August, children are welcome to spend the full hour of Sunday services with the RE program. The nursery becomes “playtime” for infants through preschoolers. All Kindergarten through 6th graders meet in one large group for a summer curriculum that may include planting and tending to the children’s garden, nature walks, performing skits, cooking meals, or creating art work. Youth (grades 7-12) may choose to help with the summer program or attend worship services.

Parents should bring their school-aged child to the EEE classroom (the last classroom on the left of the RE hallway) prior to the service and then pick them up before coffee hour. We often spend time outside in the summer, so please dress your children accordingly.
